HI Everybody:

Can I apply for california programs while I am waiting for it to be processed (knowing processing time 3-6 moths)? Or I have to wait even for apply otherwise I will not get the interview. By which time frame, CA certificate should be ready for 2009 match

Any body has experience on that or doing residency in CA

Yes. You can apply. You have to add the california letter once you get it. It would be similar to adding a LOR.
