a pt witha history of htn and MI 2 years back..presents with 6 hr back onset of right arm weakness and slight motor aphasia..sensory is normal...most probable cause is??? his bo now is 165/75

this is a UW question.. I did yesterday.
stroke... due to htn... affects basal ganglia and internal capsule...
