Have you guys been calling up the programs that haven't responded, any positive responses? Do you call the number for the program secretary or for the PD? any suggestions?

I have not done that yet myself. I have seen responses on these forums that people are mostly getting rejections although some have gotten a few interviews too. At this point, it doesn't hurt to call in my opinion. Good luck!

do you have ECFMG certificate in hand?

I am considering to call, but not sure if it is a waste of time without cs result and ECFMG certificate.

no I don't have one, still waiting for the CS results, most programs don't care, I've only had one program put me on hold because of that, reurrection-westlake in chicago, they are waiting for the CS results.
