They donot know if they like you or not till they download your application! How long ago did you submit your application to that program? I would contact them if it is more than a couple of weeks.
Another reason might be that you submitted your application after their deadline. Or they might have too many applications that they do not download anymore. But usually I have not seen programs to take very long to download applications (no more than a couple of weeks).

85/80/graduate 88; I aplied Nov 27.
New York Presbyterian Hospital no downloan.
I goy rejections from :Fairfax VA,and University of North carolina Hospital.

Well, Nov 27 is just 10 days ago. It's not late at all. I think wait till the end of the week and if not downloaded, call them early next week. That's what I would do.
