I am fmg,I have alreadyy 2 lor and I send it to eras
and today I asked a physican whom I am working with in the states and he approved to give me letter but he is unable to do it till next two weeks
Can i send my country Lor then switch the letter If the new american Lor arrived..please help

i guess you can ...i switched my personal statment althou the program got both but once you send a new one they wont be seeing the old one unless they have alreay printed out a hard copy or something.

by the way you can send 4 LORs to one program
