i advise everybody not rush for Goljan pahtology .i think if you well read BRS and supplement it with the detailed and elaborate explanations of BSS questions make you somehow being confident in pathology .

I think the biggest and best center is the Jersey one. I recommend following ra's advice.

As I said, for me Goljan notes are the best but every people is different and its true that many people ace the exam with BRS too, it all comes down to personal preferences.
