dear brothers and sisters is it possible to complete cs ,take part in matching and get residency within 6 months?cause if i get visa only for 6 months.can anyone give any idea?

very tough. You should have 1 year visa at least.

May be you can take admission for English Language course and convert your B visa to F-1...contact your local community college

of course you can but you will lack a few things, like USCE, timely ECFMG certification. One thing you can do is to extend your visa when you are in USA for 6 more months. See USCIS.gov and form I-539. That may work for you.
