left unstrained front passenger being unresponsive ,comatose , c fixed & dialated pupils
v/s= nl except some gurgly resp. sound nasotracheal tube was put in place and the emer.med team prepared to do CT scan of the head .it 's imperative that the ff shud be obtained as well
a.x ray of the base of the skull
b.CT scan of the abdomen
c.spatial views of the sinuses
d.x rays of the head & facies
e.extension of the CT TO include the cervical spine
