i got an email from them just asking for diploma, and ecfmg certificate and passport copy.. thats all

Who knows, they may be applying for your citizenship. Send them if they asked u.

m2capsule, i got the same mail last week and after i sent the documents, they asked me to also send a copy of my GUN license. So if you cant shoot and dont have a gun, forget about getting residency in North Dakota.
