Log in to your ERAS account. Click on Program tab then click on Search programs table, select state (in this case NY) and then speciality (guess Peds or IM) and it will give you a list of all programs and scroll down to program name you are looking for, and click on it. This will lead you to all the details you are looking for including program code.

imgoo77, thanks for you input. But this hospital name is not in ERAS. It is under different program name. May be NYMC brooklyn-queens or wyckoff.
