its very similar to usmle world n nbme3 n 4 u see similar figures but they change qns as in nbme nbme is great help to identify ur weak areas which u see ven u do it online that helps a lot so do nbme atleast 15 to 20 days earlier so that u have time to cover up

do nbme 5 n 6 offline if not online match ans as many wrong ans.can see discussion on forum .5 n6 will raise ur confidence n other nbme look easier after it
