i think its aaa. Since parietal cells are missing, acidity will decrease causing an increase in gastrin...

yep
also less acidity ---> decrease pepsin activation ---> DECREASE protein digestion in stomach
also less acidity ---> decrease secretin release (secretin's function is to neutralize the stomach acidity that reaches the duodenum
