There are rumors about IM in St.B NY, but not NJ...

Now, these two hospitals are under the same administration, and so they are essentially the same... NBI has a terrific referral zone, and you will see practically any kind of pathology there, whereas St.B has a smaller admission census and thus less learning opportunity...
