believe me its just a nice way of saying no.I got some thing like this last yr and I kept on hoping for that reconsideration..nothing happend.

This is how it goes you can either be invited or put on hold or be rejected like you just have been

agree, some programs are nicer and send polite rejection. one such program that actually says your application is on hold is Maricopa in AZ....they send this to everyone, their way of rejection!! I wouldnt put my hopes in that one buddy!!
