I think SIU is the best because it's the only university program, and personally I liked the progam, it's a newer program that has the Infrastructure to grow, they already have some fellowships, and in the next 3-5 years they will have cardiology and GI fellowships as well, pulmonary and critical care will come even sooner. I got the impression that the teaching is good as well. Hope that helps, good luck.
