NBME not working? - usmlectomy.edu

I paid for NBME 2 days ago but on logging in and checking on current status where I am supposed to get my exam questions,I am told I do not have an order history and no qs!I emailed the nbme and tried calling but all r gone for thanksgiving,my exam is on 1 and 2
Any idea what I should do?
