order:

cbc, bmp, lft,u/a, urine C& S, PT/PTT
Blood cultures,
TEE
CXR

VANCO + Gentamicin IV
Acetaminophen..

Shift to ward

Than after culture..change the antibiotic...
stop Genta after 5 min...

order..Screen for hep a, hiv, hep b
