I would rank Howard first, I did 3 month observership at Drexel and the teaching really sucks

i personally feel that the bigest drawback of howard is that it in dc and the stpend/salary or whatever isvery low above that they dont provide any benefit.

obviously university with good teaching....drawback j1 only
now as far as i am concerned iwanna be in philly......geting into good prog ismy first pirroity rather than visa......so in this ssituation what would you guys sugggest
