now according to new ACLS guidelines 2007 no need of thump and chest compression ratio also 30:2 which was previously 15:2

witnessed or not witnessed Pulseless V tach deliver shock after ofcourse doing the basic life support checks and calling for help, 200J with Biphasic & 360J with monophasic Defib give only one shock and resume CPR for 5 cycles then check rhythm again then check rhythm again if shockable give one shock again followed by drugs nd continue 5 cycles of CPR
similarly shock drugs analyse shock drugs

I HAD THE SAME QUARY YESTERDAY. . U WORLD SAYS WITNESD CARDIAC AREST WID NO PULSE DO FIBRILATION. . N UNWITNESD OR MORE THAN 5 MINS ELAPSD THEN CPR. .
