What are the reasons and benefits of registering for step3 in Conecticat.I read that IMGs are required to do 2 years residency to get licenced in that state but can't we get licence in that state if we apply for step three in other states?

they like to exam there,,,,,they dont need any training postgraduate in US,,,,ecfmg cert is ok
