of 3 mth duration after he lost his wife in car accident ,w/r he was the driver .has also indicated to have depressed mood most of the day time ,appeared sad and moves slowly he reported also dec feelings & loss of focus to do his usual hobbies,fishing w/c he was very much delighted to do previously,he has poor appetite and gained 20 lb ,he has problem sleeping ,if he sleeps, full of nightmares & has also flash backs.w/n asked about suicidal ideation,he said he wants sms to end his life sothat he cudn't experience the guilt.what 'll be the next mx?
