i find mistake in the numbers of zeros in tise case 2,1 mil erytrocites but do u know what are the platelets in HUS low or high

mamamia you had mess up in this very good question as you took it to HUS.
mgl messed it even more by diagnosing it G6PD by saying "Anything that causes Acidisis/Oxidant stress would be the causes of death....Infections, millions of drugs......you name it. BUT the most common cause is INFECTIONS. PNH id due to decay accelerating factor def-----> Acidosis--->hemolysis." It was a very good case of PNH and you are right the most commor cause of death is trommbosis of the lever vein leading to Budd-Chiari Syndrom (you can call it Mrs Membrane Defect ----- major cause of his death putty for Mr Membrane Defect). I hope evey one is now clear about this case I put this posting because it was so cofusing for me and today I got time to corect this all mess so I did that....... I hope mama will not mind all this and would like to contribute to tell us the treatment of Mr. Membrane Defect

no VENDETA my friend as I told every one I like you and always ful of prase for you but the point is the whole case was buging my mind as some post it was like HUS and mgl took it like G6PD and my brain was near to have a strok so I cool it and get all the imformation so that make the recard strait but not taking away any thing form you as it was you who give all this great idea of "mr Membrane defect"
Do you like my idea "Budd-Chiari Syndrom (you can call it Mrs Membrane Defect ----- major cause of his death putty for Mr Membrane Defect)" don't you think she is better gf then "Night ASIDOSIS" LOL it really refresh all the facts in my mind and now I am requiring from that shock or stroke what ever you say. Have a very nice evening I am going to take rest and be back at 10 pm et Take care and no "VENDETA" and sorry for misspelling I learned it all from you. LOL |
