I am in same boat.. I just had attempts in step1 n this is my second time in match. This yr only 1 IV , have green card.. 2002 grad 5 US LORS that included 4 observership + 1 Externship

1st attempt and GC, shld fetch u more ivs..being in match for 4th time with just 1 iv? u need some serious work on ur cv, focussed on one specialty..dnt expect miracles..work hard, work smarty on ur cv..

i know people who had 1 iv and got into it thru match..
dont lose hope..
one additional point is u being a gc holder so phone prgrams u havent heard from and see what happens..

Hi dear, I myself had 1 interview and I need 2 spots as I was applying for subspeciality and I was not offered pre-match either. But by the grace of Almight Allah, I was matched and in post-match, I got 1st yr pre-lim spot (which was the pre-requisite to start the 2nd yr of subspeciality). A man can do what a man has done. Just pray to God and try to help others as God likes it to help others.
