I had given 3 interviews all 3 in im, peds, psych...where do my chances of getting matched stand????and how should I rank the programs...??any suggestions....

rank according to ur preference.. not where u think u stand a chance.
and its 3 diff specialty buddy..u shld know whts ur 1st choice !!
chances no body knows !! but chances r more if u have more ivs in same specialty.

I think you should ranked accordantly where have a chance to match unless you are fresh graduate , 99 and US Citizens. Since I'm an old graduate and not a 99, I will ranked accordantly where I had positive response.
