Is prematch "illegal"? - memantine

Harvard/ MGH offered a prematch in Peds in last match and that too with H1. The candidate had 99/99/99, home country Peds residency and excellent US LORs.

Already this forum has lost a lot fame due to various type of fight on religion, indi-pak conflict, citizen-noncitizen racism and lot more that I rarely saw before. I follow this forum for last 4 years and I am loosing my interest in it for this sort of things. Pls dont create a new fight betwen prematchers and mathcers.

can prematches be given to those with scores in the early 90's and late 80's too.

yes one of my frined got with scores in 80s graduated more than 5 yrs ago, no residnety, and 2-3 months usce
