H1 and Step 3 - resilientdoc

Will it be possible to negotiate H1 with programs which do process H1 if I give step 3 in the end of Feb? I mean will they wait for step3 results if it isn't out by Match day?

depends on the programs. but i think there is a deadline by which you have to have been done with your step 3. may differ from place to place. call and find out
