" a 35 yrs old pt c a rash on her face" - tibebe

of 2 mths duration. the rash involves both of the maxilary areas and the bridge of her nose that is exacerbated c sun exposure ,has bilateral symmetrcial joint pain in both her hands, c a low grade fever. and recently complained of muscle weakness in her proximal legs & arms and started to experience some difficulty while walking long distances & combing her hair .since the last 3 wks she noticed her skin on the dorsum of her hands to become very thick .the physician after evaluating the pt ,wants to confirm his dx and ordered an investigaton. w/c of the ff is the most likely one?
