why it says in FA 230 that dobutamine has inotropic but not chronotropic effect vs dopamine. aren't b1 receptor supposed to have both inotropic&chronotropic effect?

your question is very good what i know is dobutamine acts mainly on B1,but dopamin mainly on dopamin receptors D1 and D2 BUT I HAVE NO ANSWER

thanks eagle1, i checked kaplan, it says dobutamine has both inotropic amd chronotropic effect. the dif vs dopamine is it doesn't have too much of a renal blood flow change dues to weak beta2 effect
