Matching procedure question: Please help. - drabcd76

Suppose, A and B both were interviewed at program X. A put X as his top choice in the ROL. B put X as his 2nd choice in ROL. Program X put B in 20th in their list and placed A in 24th in their list. Let's say they have 10 slots. Now, who would get the priority here, A or B. Let's assume they are fighting for the last slot.

Computer will try to match candidate be on his/her first choice.. if he is not tentatively matched for his first choice then for the program X candidate B will fill the 10th slot.
