in other post link i read ur comment and
as i tried to grasp the comment : "FA CS shud be the primary book source and 2 nd resource =UW(only as additional to FA)"is that what u mean??
please clarify more on this and also is it worthy to read on Kaplan cs books too?( if yes ,w/c one ?think ,kaplan has di/nt books are available for CS.) appreciated.
the last qn :the most recent version of FA is it 2006 edition or is there other most recent edition and w/r to find one?

Fa is the main source
If you can, do UW cases too
I do not know about kaplan cs books.
practice is the main source with Fa, try to get in a group that is almost ready for test, ask them if you can hear how they are doing, so you learn and do not interfeer with their speed. after that you move to another group that are in your same level.
i do not know the last version of FA, you must google it
