Do not hesitate take the job and prepare for step 3, working in the US increase your chances for the match and step 3, work hard and show them your interest, you will recieve good LOR,
be careful when you sign the contract, review it with a lawyer ( cover health insurance .... mental health is higly needed, also you can apply for master degree while working and ask for educational or training rembursment if they offer it before signing. Dr. Sharifa

they said they cover health insurance but I should have my own insurance liability and they reimburse for it...I think I should take my husband with me sometieme to understand fully what they need..I sometiemes miss things said in english and that could be a problem...
