How tough it is to get in.....Please share I talked to one neurology resident..he said its as togh as IM

if you have related experience with good enough credentials, it's a little bit easier than IM. Otherwise, forget it.

You don't need to be double 99. High 80s to low 90s will be more than enough. Neuro programs look at the applications as a whole, including PS.
