to me, this is the best preparation tool available together with step 3 kaplan notes in the 09-10 ed. for more details, check the former posts on this topic.

very good book , rapid review only, u have to have ur basics in order to find it good
if ur 2 yrs away from ck and not in internal medicine residency ( away from the practice) then u should go to the basics again first and this book will help for the last weeks before the exam to sum it up i have it and i am happy with it
