what does section B of AF- MED forms means.My Medical school is filling only section A of AF- MED FORM.

but thts not whats written on my registration certificate. it says MBBS.
and the form says to write the ''profession name as it appears on the certificate''

on ct form u have to write mbbs. i did the same and there was no objection regarding this from illinois licensing board. can anyone tell me how to get category 2 cme credits? is it a must or only category 1 credits are sufficient?

guys I sent only category 1 credits ....no questions as of yet
