Lets talk about how to survive the first year.Is the workload comparable to IM? How should we prepare?All suggestions are welcome.Seniors,please advice.

someone had posted that certain programs(guess university ones) have their own intern's survival guide which according to him/her is invaluable . maybe we should ask the current residents who are there .am starting with harriet lane as was suggested on the forum.
