The first thing you will be asked is:
- Do you have any questions?
This is used to know about your interest in the program and EVERYBODY asks this question

SOme other common Qs:
- Tell me about yourself (everything)
- What do you do outside medicine?
- What is your biggest academic accomplishment?
- Why do you want to do (your specialty)?
- Why did you chose X Hospital?
- Ugly day isn't it? (snowing) DON'T AGREE PLEASE!
- Tell me about an interesting case you had
- What did you do a the place you worked last?
- Do you know someebody here in the program? Hospital? City?
This is just a glimpse of the things you have to be prepared for.
Most Qs are going to be based on your CV and application, if you are an old graduate you will be asked about is, if you are an IMG with visa issues you will be asked about the type of visa you want, make sure you check websites and forums, here you will find few info but there are places like the blog from digitaldoc, other forums and websites from universities that have a lot of resources for interviews, also check the Iserson's guide and FA for the Match, follow those guidelines and you wil be well prepared for interviewing season.

Why this specialty?
Why do you want to switch specialty? ( if you apply in different specialty than the one that you worked before) Are you sure you're not going to regret it?
Why this place? especially if the hospital is located in the middle of nowhere
Why America?
What's your plan in the next 10 years?
Are you planning to go back home after residency?
Do you apply to any other specialties?
Explain your gap, failures, low score, lengthy process in completing USMLE, or completed USMLE long time ago but haven't started residency (depends on your CV)
Will you be moving alone here?
Any problems handling stress?
