A lot of people are asking about the steps needed to go throught the USMLE and match succesfully, here is a fast description of the process:

Also, to those who start reading this section, do not be discouraged by the comments some forum members are making. You can match if you do your best effort, just get those exams done and work on your application, it does not matter if you have visa issues or not, if you are a better candidate than those interviewing on the same program you will be chosen, the US will always have the need for foreign medical graduates (even if more MDs are being graduated from american schools), competition is going to be tougher so work hard and you will have a brighter future.
