Hi, I got email fro IMG prep about externship in one of the teaching hospital. Anybody use their service? Pleese, I really need your help . I already did my obsrvership in hospital and externship in private clinic , but nothing help, and I did not match this year. Now I try to find any other chances ......

they are making money out of you, which teaching hospital. Believe me that hospital will not be aware of that img prep is charging money for these services.

I understand this, Last year I was ready to pay my malpractice insuranse( got estimate letter from insurance company) and sent 300 letters to PD in differnt hospitals and no one wanted to offer me externship.... IMG prep offers hands on experience, they said that I will spend time with doctor and will participate in clinic life.....

how much did they ask for and what are their requirements?

around 7000 for 3 month , Ecfmg sertificate and passed exams, I sent my CV them
