I am not being argumentative but you can confirm what my answer is by checking in Harrisons Principles of Internal Medicine Retinal Artery Thrombosis.. most common after break of clot from hear aorta or carotid.. she is having a S T elevation MI. Therefore you knwo the Left Ventricle is affected. This therefore can cause motion wall abnormalities which cause emboli and clots which cause current problem. Please Samomcos where did u get your answer from?
