Pt with NO H/O bleeding, but H/O increased hypercoagulability --->
Normal PT, Increased PTT --->
What is most likely diagnosis:

(a) Hemophilia
(b) VWD
© Lupus Anticoagulant
(d) Factor V leidein deficiency
(e) Protein C deficiency

SORRY FOR THIS SMALL HISTORY (Plz don't complaint) Smile

But this q is based on very imp fact given by Conrad Fischer

IS IT THE FACT THAT LUPUS ANTICOAG IS BASICALLY A PARADOX..coz actually here coagulation occurs?

actually all Hypercoagulable stated give: Normal PT & PTT (Except for Lupus anticoagulant, which gives Normal PT & Increased PTT)
