can anybody tell me plz how to ask in layman

1. regurgitation of food
2.voice changes(hoarseness)
3.halitosis(esophageal cancer)
4.feces in malabsoption
5.waking up with undigested,regurgitated food eaten several days before
6.thickening of face(crest syndrome)

1: and 5: ::: have u ever noticed if the food u ate days back came back in your mouth especially at night??

2: have u noticed any changes in your voice ??? (its that simple, if the SP has to tell u anuything about his voide, he will just wait for u to ask this question, u dont have to ask any fancy question)

3: has any one told u that yr breath smells very bad

4: have u noticed any changes in yr stools (same principle as 2nd q)

6: have u noticed if the skin of yr face has become thick or have u noticed any changes in the skin of yr face
