cd4 count is good, so dont want to put him on drug that efffective on both hiv and hbv,so want to preserve lamivudeine/tenofovir/entcavir for hiv infection to prvent drug resistance
adefovir and interferon are specific for hbv only so we can use taht for tratment of hbv only
