That's what I thought too, but answered heparin prophylaxis and I got it wrong.
In emedicine says that the treatment for mild thrombophlebitis is compression stocking, but for severe disease warm compresses could benefit. So I will go for B (compression stocking)

In section 1, question 27, a pt with social fobia, who was on paroxetine, my answer was alprazolam, and I got it wrong, so my best next choice is RESUME PAROXETINE.
