Can we apply for 2006 match with only step 1 and 2 results? Certainly we need it for residency, but do we need it for interviews and send the CS results to program later?
This issue worries me, plz inform me if you know! Thanks!

Hi! Yes, of course you can. Alot of people apply with some, not all scores. I , for example, applied with only my step 2 result. I applied early in Sept, and finally got my result for step 1 in November. I got alot of rejections because of this but ended up with 10 interviews which I would not have gotten if I didnt apply early. Those programs were waiting for my result. Hope this helps!

drbird, Your answer is very helpful. Did you have to get certified first by the ECFMG in order to be eligible to start the whole process such as sending the applications to the programs? Thanks again.

No, I was certified after my interviews. Having everything completed before you apply is the best thing buts its not like you cant do it otherwise!
