Dude, getting residency has become almost impossible these days unless you have stellar scores, GC/citizen, etc

So almost no IMG cares about whether the residency is malignant or not.....getting a spot is the goal and no matter how shitty the program, many are ready to take it. In fact, the moment sum1 like you gets kicked out, there will a 1000 others ready to take your spot!!

So stop bitcn and try to get in first, if you haven't already!
