During a well child examination of a 3 year old boy, a pediatrician notes that he cannot see a normal red light reflex in the child's left eye. Further evaluation by a pediatric ophthalmologist reveals a retinal mass, which on surgical removal, proved to be a retinoblastom. bipolar you are wrong,Rb is TSG associated with retinoblastoma and Osteogenic sarcoma.

i agree with lsa...most common second malignancies which occur in later life of children with retinoblastoma are....osteogenic sarcoma, lung and breast cancer.
