Fellow, Clinical fellow, Research fellow, Registrar, House Surgeon, House Officer.

Also what is the difference of those surgical Staff Position below?
Active, Affiliate, Assistant Surgeon,Associate, Attending, Consultant, Consulting, Courtesy, Provisional.
