dr salim, i think it is quite rare for an img with double 99 not to match except if he was applying to the weak programs where thousands of double 99 applicants and GC holders are applying.
you should formulate your own list depending on what you like because you already have scores which are above any competiton.

Apply wisely. Write a nice PS. Shines during IVs. Pay attention to post IVs courtesy and you should be able to match to a great program.
