ur right kaizer its D, her main problem is her conflict over sexuality and change. so fix it everything will get better

the answer is C

Because, in AN there is significant wt. loss. 25% wt. loss results in cessation of gonadotropin secretion which causes anovulation & amenrrhoea.
And the first step of management of AN is restore body wt. Which restore the endocrine & sexual funtion as well in this case.

in AN you'll not be able to restore weight using another means than fixing up the origin of the problem , anorexic persons are reluctant to treatment , at least from what I read
