#1
I faxed my letter writer -cover letter (with mark for waiving the right) and dsf form and asked secretary to mail it..but i forgot to mention her that it should be sealed...do u think still it will be considered as waived letter or not?
what exactly u mean by sealed envelope?
another question- one of my letter is signed in black ink? i read in ERAS they want colored ink...will they accept it?

Answer to the first question

As long as the secretary directly send the letter it does not need to be sealed, it is only if she sends it to you first that it needs to be sealed.

For the black ink question, please call eras directly and ask them the question, you will get a more definitive answer from them.
